I must apologize for not blogging lately. Time just flys by with my sweetheart home all the time. We have such a good time together. Off to the gym several times a week...with time for good movies and games of 'Typo' and Dominoes. He helps with laundry and cleaning too! People often ask me how I like him being home all the time...and I never fail to answer, 'I love it!'.

Today while at the dentist I was browsing the 'Better Homes and Gardens' magazine and really enjoyed this lady's article about organization and what a pleasant surprise...she has a blog for our viewing pleasure! And from her blog to this lovely blog...

And, I am reading the book of Exodus that I might draw nearer to my God, who has redeemed me. And I have just started reading 'The Novelist' by Angela Hunt. So far very good. This morning I listened to a sermon online by a dear blogger's husband and enjoyed it. Thank you dear God, for godly men in this world.

Now that I'm finally posting I don't want to quit!

"I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart..." Psalm 9:1

So good to see you back, and I appreciate your answer on my blog.

But I'm so glad that you're enjoying your 'hubby time'.
I had a great group of friends when I lived in Oklahoma, and my hubby only seemed to do things with me. I was always urging him to make his own friends, and teasing him about how he was 'attached at the hip' to me.
But we had such a wonderful relationship, loving our time together and I have such good memories, like when we be out biking and he'd insist that we stop at Braums to pick up burgers to eat in the park on the way home.
Praise the LORD for good men and good times and good memories, and better days to come !

I see you have some of Gladys Taber's book I do not have. Will have to see if I can find them.
So happy for you that life is so grand. I do thank the Lord every day for the good man the Lord sent me.

that is one of my reasons for being absent from blogland - time with my sweetie ... then when i have some quiet time, there are other things calling to me ...

but as you say, once i step back into blogland and visit dear sweet friends like you, i just want to stay ...

blessings on your sunday!
