I am trying to find a cataract doc...one with good recommendations. I'm afraid there are testimonials to both ends...good and not so good from my friends. I always thought my hubby. a former mailman would have cataracts...but no, its me! And to think I usually had my nose in a book...as Mom used to say, while he was in the heat and the sun of the day. Who knew?

Sweet kitty! Hope you are able to find just the right doctor. I have beginning cataracts but my eye doctor said everyone will get them eventually. I also am borderline glaucoma that kind of scares me. My mom had it severely. But we are keeping an eye one it. Haha, keeping an eye on it. Made myself laugh :)

what a sweet little companion ... we have been without a faithful feline friend for a few years now ... but? the memories are sweet! AND i too have cataracts ... plus glaucoma ... plus stigmatism ... plus a retinal problem! my eye doc says it's amazing how well i can see with the problems i have! HOPE you find a good cataract doctor ... the surgeries seem to be pretty straightforward ... or so my family/friends say ... mine are not at that stage yet ...
