I enjoyed making these paper flowers so much!  I learned about them here....at Dawn's blog, and have used 3 of them on cards already.

Isn't this beautiful?  One of the prisms split the light into this color pattern by hitting the edge of the jar, which used to hold prune butter....yum.

I am saving this jar to make a story jar.  I saw this idea and instructions on 'Alphabet glue dot com'.  No spaces of course.  They charge for their children's magazine, but this was a sample they had on for free. Your child draws little pictures and you coat them with modge podge and stick them inside the jar all around.  Let that dry, then coat them again from the inside of course.   Then a tea candle placed inside and lit and the little story pictures and their colors come to life.  So to speak...haha.  I thought it was delightful and intend to make one.  I think I will buy my grandsons an issue or two for Easter. =)

Yesterday we woke up to winter wonderland....as many of you did also I'm sure!  It was pretty but it was also scary sliding around on the  hill up to church.  Better get my day started....I've knitting to do and I'm at a crucial spot....haha.  Life is made up of little dramas for me....is it for  you?

Psalm 23...

'The LORD  is my shepherd, I shall not want.  He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside still waters.  He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD  for ever.  Psalm 23              Hope your day has many bright moments.

I know you are having so much fun with your art work, I did enjoy it so when I worked at it. My grandchildren loved it when they were small.
Yes it seams like we are having to many dramas lately.

The 23rd Psalm is so comforting. I love the colorful light on your counter. Prisms can bring such beauty into your day! Oh, more snow! I know it is beautiful! But I bet it has become so tiresome by now. I hope your spring will begin soon.
