This has been the best 'January'.  Cozy and more cozy.  We have been staying home more,  doing puzzles, reading good books, sleeping in.  Waking up listening to great Bible messages before even getting up.   Downloading fun word apps.  Thinking about Scripture....and ever learning how much God loves us.  Only one life, twill soon be past....only what's done for Christ will last.  How   true.

These were just so beautiful!  A gift from my Sweetheart.  We had about 8 inches of snow and cold here in our part of Pennsylvania.  It was lovely to watch it come down all the lazy and beautiful day.

I just started watching 'Wives and Daughters'....a great Saturday movie with an episode or two of 'Leave it to Beaver' added in later today.  I'm going down to the family room now,  (the wood-burner) keeps it very toasty,  and knit a round or two on my vest armhole edging.  Thanks...thanks to youtube for the help I get on any knitting questions.   Those tutorials are fantastic.  Happy Sunday!

Beautiful roses, indeed! God has blessed you with a wonderful hubby and family :-). I think of you as I'm drinking my morning tea in the mugs I mentioned to you, which I recently found while unpacking.

I would love to have a cozy, snowy day. We don't get that kind of weather here. It's more like SC. Finished the 3rd season of Downton Abbey. Very disappointed in it. Not sure if I want to continue watching. I love Larkrise. Maybe I need to watch that again...guess I'll go study instead. =)

Hi Maggie Ann,

It's been a while since I've commented but I always enjoy a visit.

I just read "Home to Harmony" by Phillip Gulley and I'd like to recommend it to you. There are several books in the "Harmony" series. Maybe you already know about them, but if not, I think they are just your cup of tea! Let me know what you think.

Maggie Ann, there is a word for your blog...peaceful! How I need that in this tumultuous time! You post the sweet, calm, beautiful things of life and I appreciate that...and you always post about the Lord, because one can tell He is never far from your thoughts and deeds. I pray this will be a blessed year for you and yours!
