We have been cleaning house and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by 'stuff'!  And yet, much of the 'stuff' brings such enjoyment...tranquility,  sort of being grounded by the familiar and comfortable 'stuff'.  Oh well....=)

Soon our home will be filled with laughter,  our grandsons are coming to visit us.  Oh joy and delight!

My little dolly is having a bad hair day,  but she's got a permanent  home here....I've been fond of her since the day I first saw her and bought her for my Mom.  And now she's ageing right along with me.  Charmingly...I hope.  Warmest wishes for a happy day!

Sorry to say, I've had to enable the word verification. I had no idea I've been scammed so often! I am sorry for the inconvenience. I dread typing in those words...guessing at them rather. So if you leave me a comment....thanks so very much! I hope the word ver. is turned on now....

Hey, you got spammed? Bummer. Wordpress (my other blog) does a really good job of catching it. I've been impressed.

Pretty pics.

I just don't understand why they need to make the verification almost impossible to read!

I think 'stuff' that has come to mean so much to us is very important. It dredges up memories of times happy and sad. It's sort of an extension of who we are.

I want to get rid of my stuff - but some of it has a lot of memory attached to it. sandie

Have a wonderful visit with your family! We are going to go to our daughter's house for Thankgsiving and they are coming here for Christmas. We did the opposite last year.It is such a blessing to be close enough to them that we can see them every week, go on vacations together and spend holidays together!
