He planned the table setting, with soft lighting, and soothing music. He was the butler and I was the hostess. What a joyful time we had, there was none better. I loved every minute of it and wished we could have stayed a few more days. We played monopoly for 3 days running...and the laughs we shared were riches in themselves. Every night I read Ramona until those dear boys drifted off to sleep. We had so much fun!
On our last day there, we visited our 4 year old's classroom. That was so much fun and what a treat to see the godly setting he is in daily. I'm a believer in Christian schools...oh so much. His classroom was bright and cheerful and full of fun waiting its turn.
On the road coming home, we stopped at this Habitat for Humanity store. Would you believe this wicker table and two chairs was priced at only $30.00? Even one of the chairs would be charming don't you think so? I laughingly suggested we tie a chair on the car roof, but was turned down. Naturally...haha.
I am thankful to Jesus for the safety coming home. And to be home is nice, even if I do miss the boys.
'The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.' Proverbs 10:22
