Blue is a wonderful color...and I have a small collection of this ironstone?  with the following design on the back.  At first I thought it might be 'flow blue' ?  sorry if that is not the right term.  But I'm sure it is not.  Not pricey enough but still very pretty. This platter is so heavy!  But. oh that cobalt blue....love it.

I read in the paper about a Dr. in Switzerland performing the first 'womb' transplant.  Amazing, the things they can do now.   I can't imagine how!  But as I read it, I wondered if you had seen this too. Here too, is something very special to come and watch....I found it thrilling.  That sounds very dramatic, doesn't it?  But its true...

This past Saturday I was told that pictures uploaded to my blog should have a resolution of 72 dpi?  but I don't know how to downsize them.   Could you tell me how?  I have a Mac pc.  I know how to do it on the camera, but it would be more convenient on the pc I'm told.

I taught the story of Rahab in Sunday School this past Sunday, and what a great blessing.  I loved her courage and faith,  and her testimony is read even today.... that she trusted and believed God in a land that had been full of idols.  And He kept her and her family....safe... and delivered her from the fall of Jericho...where others thought they would be safe...housed within a wall.

'Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest  not.' Jeremiah 33:3   Another verse I don't think I had to memorize.  When it became known to me,  my heart just took it right in for its own.  love it when that happens!...=)
