Some more scenes from beautiful Arizona to tide the blog over while we rest up and put things to rights.  We just got back from South Carolina, where we had a very special time with our daughter and her family.  And....  I have a wonderful husband who has already put all of the laundry through the washer & dryer. We loved being together with family so much, but it is good to be home again.  Definitely a 'Gladys Tabor' time to come home to.

The amazing Grand Canyon.  I loved visiting AZ.   Maybe, we will visit there again....who knows.  It is hot here today in Pennsylvania, about 80 degrees and our AC is down for the count.   Hubby is beginning to look into getting a new whole house AC.   Decisions, decisions!  Well, a girl  has to rest up after a big trip,  so back to my new book for a while....'Words Unspoken' by Elizabeth Musser.   Remember I recommended her ...'The Sweetest Thing'?   I don't know if this one can measure up to that one or not. I loved it....so much.

'The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside still waters.

He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.   Psalms 23

I love that part,  he restoreth my soul.     Day by day,  I know the LORD is with me...

Oh, I was so hoping you would post some more Canyon pictures! Love them (and love your header!) Glad to see you are still basking in the glow. Rest up! Loved the Bible quotes! They are always so uplifting.
