How silently, how silently, The wondrous Gift is giv'n! So God imparts to human hearts The blessings of His Heav'n.

No ear may hear his coming; But in this world of sin, where meek souls will receive Him still, The dear Christ enters in." From the Christmas Carol...'O Little town of Bethlehem'.

Did you ever hear such a beautiful definition of being 'born again'? To me it goes hand in hand with...

"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name;Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." Oh Thank you Jesus, for saving my soul! John 1:12,13.

How are your Christmas preparations coming along? I am as busy as a bee here. Our daughter and her family arrives late tonight or tomorrow and I still have lots of things to do. My biggest challenge is where to store the things I displace with decorating!

The things are so pretty and the words are so beautiful and the words of the Lord so wonderful and beyond understanding but they are so true for I have had that experience and made all the difference in my life and the lives of all those who have become the sons and daughters of God through His Son.

A truly great post, thank you so much.I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas. connie

You have been busy and company coming too (are they staying thru Christmas?). Don't you just find it impossible to find places for displaced items at Christmas! I have lots of closet space and a 200 sq ft storage room in the basement which comes in handy. My problem is remembering what goes where and where did I put what after Christmas ;) Hugs from the North Woods dear friend.

Hello there! Just pausing to send you Christmas blessings before the time slips away.

What a beautiful Nativity scene.

I hope your time with family is wonderful. I didn't do much decorating this year. Just a simple wreath and swag on the front door. Oh and of course, my husband and children put up the tree.

Missing you. God bless!!
