We stopped by an angora goat farm today to get some mohair for spinning after going to visit my sister at the nursing home nearby. She is doing well...she has a walking boot now and can walk with a walker. After breaking her ankle recently, home is still about 3 weeks away. Back to this pretty goat, I couldn't resist getting out the camera phone and snapping her lovely self to bring home. Its time to end my day, this pilgrim is weary and ready for rest.

What a cutey! Hmmm... perhaps instead of getting another cat we should...? No, my husband would never go for it. :)

Yes, some tea and perhaps a book and a place to curl up and relax!

Hi Maggie Anne!
How I loved seeing all the interesting pictures about your spinning! Looks like there is a lot to it--but oh so interesting! And what a wonderful connection to the past! (Love all things done by hand!) It all seems so lovely!
I know what you mean about the time just whizzing by. I have been so busy helping my husband get our antique business up and running again. He has not been well and has had to take a respite from preaching for awhile--still teaching Wednesday night Bible Study though.
God is always good though and has all things in His hands!
Love ya!--Claudia O.

All I can say is WOW! What a great hobby ... must be very relaxing and rewarding to spin. Hubby enjoyed seeing the photos too. Happy to hear your sister will be in her home soon. What an ordeal for her.

He is a cutie! I haven't been by lately so I'm just stopping in to see what you've been up too. Have a great week even though it's almost over!
