Cherishing the last of the Autumn beauty even while the snow flies and we are looking through a veil of mist and small pellets of snow. Thats the way it was yesterday as we took to the mountains for another drive and a bit of shopping. I did most of the driving because my husband has a lot of foot pain when he drives from plantar faciitus. Never-the-less, the drive up was gorgeous, I must add he read the whole trip =)...the book was one of Robert Whitlow's...'The Trial' a legal suspense..... Thanks for stopping by! Time goes flying by these last few weeks with my husband home recuperating. We are off to visit his sister in the hospital soon. She has had a bit of a set back, some sutures came open, we hope it will be nothing too serious. I'm looking forward to coming by to visit you all soon. Hoping you have a very special day.
"I love my country's pine-clad hills, Her thousand bright and gushing rills, Her sunshine and her storms;......Her shady dells, her flowery dales, Her haunts of peaceful rest......Her forest and her valleys fair, Her flowers that scent the morning air, Have all their charms for me; But more I love my country's name, Those words that echo deathless fame,....'The Land of Liberty." unknown author. "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth". Genesis 1:1 ....."For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him; And he is before all things, and by him all things consist." Colossions 1:16&17 "Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the Lord." Psalm 150:6 , & the ending verse in the book of psalms. Oh glorious words of truth!, guiding us to our Redeemer, the Lord Jesus Christ.

I have that plantar f stuff!! It comes and goes..but when it comes you wonder when it will ever leave. All that really helped me was to wear GOOD tennis shoes with good pads in them . It is VERY PAINFUL!! Snow already!! WOW!! I would not be ready for that.

I am sorry about your husbands problems. My daughter-in-law has the same problem. She had to get some really good shoes and it seems to be helping.

You trip into the mountians sounded wonderful. Hope you had a very good time. Wonderful post. connie from Texas

The trees here are late in turning this year but I think that's because of the semi-drought we've had in Maryland. But wow, you have snow already? We've had rumors of possible snow but nothing yet.

God bless your husband.
