Happy Saturday & Sunday everyone! While the rain falls softly, our part of the world is turning the most beautiful green. I'm cozy inside and hubby will soon be home. This picture of the birds reminded me that I'm looking forward to his return from a long day of work. And to add more sweetness to his coming , he is bringing Chinese take-out home tonight. Oh, day of blessings ...let me count them one by one.
"Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed; for the LORD thy God is with thee withersoever thou goest." Joshua 1:9

What a lovely card! And chinese how delicious! Cropping is working on my scrabbooks. I'm doing them for my kids right now. I almost have John and Sara's book done. Lori's book needs a lot of work. It's fun and I love it. I want to make sometime tonight to do some art other then the scrapbooks. I go cropping once a month to my friend Debbie's. We have a great time. Sometimes we talk more then we crop but that's part of the fun. I love that flickr site you suggested I look at. Very nice stuff. Gives me inspiration. Have a nice weekend and I hope you enjoyed your dinner. We are getting rain here in Maryland.

The birds are beautiful. I hope your dinner was very good, even if it wasn't, what a very thoughtful thing for your husband to do for you. connie from Texas

I haven't visited you in so long - shame on me! Rain would be so much better than snow at this time of year - hope we get some instead of snow - they totally missed the snow prediction last week, as I posted about, but you never know about this crazy place I live!

It snowed here all day Saturday! The little birds outside were quite loud in the trees. I think they were complaining. :)

Yes, the book called Let's Have Tea Together has all those lovely Susan Wheeler illustrations. The storyline is about the Victorian animals and their seasonal teatime favorites.

Soooo cute!
