A very special hat that belongs to a very special friend. She wore this at the tea room the other week where we had such fun. Aren't hats a crowning creation? This one is just the cat's meow!!

"A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity." Proberbs 17:17

Our computer has been 'down' for several days and I have been reading up a storm. I can still remember my Mum asking..'Is your nose in a book again?'. She was an avid reader all her life and I'm so glad that she passed the love of reading on to me. I am reading the second book of the 'Mark of the Lion' series by Francine Rivers. Talk about rivoting reading....oh my, I've done little else for the past 2 days and I refuse to feel guilty....grin.

Your`blog is always wonderful to read and have enjoyed being here today to say hi! from Australia.

I have several books going at once at the moment ( being winter and all) but am just loving the novels of Beverly Lewis at the moment.

Have a lovely day.

Good morning Maggie...it's me again. :o)
Last evening and this morning I've been going back through some of your old posts. I'm enjoying myself thoroughly. :o)
I wanted to email you this but can't find an email addy for you on your blog...but I have a strong feeling that we don't live too far apart. The amusement park you posted last summer (with your grandchildren in)? I'm about 1 1/2 hours away from it and take my girls almost every summer. :o) Truly...it is a small world, eh?
