I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. I will be glad and rejoice in thee...Psalm 9:verses 1 and 2a

I am enjoying all the little children at church today. They are so precious. I can almost remember the feel of little arms clasped tightly around my neck. That love is something a Mother never grows weary of. How precious to see them at church each week along with the worship service I love. Remember this song?
Jesus loves me! this I know, For the Bible tells me so; Little ones to him belong; They are weak, but He is strong. Yes, Jesus loves me! Yes Jesus loves me! Yes, Jesus loves me! the Bible tells me so.
Proberbs 22:6 " Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

Maggie Ann: I don't know the ages of your children but if grandbabies are in your future that is when you get those precious little arms around your neck again. I have 7 grandchildren. My youngest is 5 now but I have loved being a grandmother. Greatest gift that God gives to you...
I miss those little arms too Ms Maggie but isn't it wonderful to know parents are taking their children to church each Sunday!
love that song...I sing it to my grandson, in fact he spent the night with us last night...what a treat to have him here!
Jesus Loves Me is a song that my mom still plays on the piano...her memory issues have not taken her ablility to play beautifully..Whenever she plays that song, the residents all sing along. They do not remember loved ones, but the music..they remember.
You would have adored my little ones! We were at church without dad. The four year old kept up a stage whisper for about fifteen minutes until I got up and picked her up and put her in the back row. Then I had to get up and remove a stolen water bottle from the FIFTEEN YEAR OLD and return it to the 8 year old. Finally I had to send the 15 year old to yet another row because he wouldn't quit bickering about the stupid water bottle.
Dad was home sick.
But Jesus loves them, this I know.
i sing this to my little ones all the time!
Hi Maggie Ann,
Just opened up my profile as you mentioned. No wonder I'm not up to 1,000 hits a day yet!
A friend in need is a friend indeed. . .
