Wow, isn't this pretty? Crocus' for only $l.99 a pot on sale at the Walmart. Miniatures and oh so lovely to see blooming for the first week of February. It will be interesting to see how long they bloom. Was there ever so much available to us as there is today in America? We are truly blessed. Posted by Hello

Hi Maggie Ann ... thanx for stopping by and encouraging me ... it was just what i needed ... :o) ...

you have a very homey blog ... i love the pictures and your creations ... my mother is a very talented knitter, weaver, seamstress (it skipped a generation in me!) ... and growing up i was surrounded by her work, and my home is decorated with many of her generous gifts ... i love them!

i will have to send her your sight so she can visit ... Lord bless you! Saija

The Crocus' look lovely there in the sun.

When I returned from my morning walk I stopped to admire the first emerging spears of tulips in our yard. I was sorry to find that my husband stepped on two of them and broke the tops right off. I would imagine it must have happened while he was pruning the magnolia tree. *sigh*

Hello Marlene, sorry to hear your tulip "beginnings" met with an accident. Hopefully you have lots more coming up. We don't have any flower bulbs outside coming to life yet and it amazes me to see how green the grass is underneath the remaining snow.
