Pretty dishes are definitely my cup of tea.  Calm and comforting!  And tea has a vast variety of choices to choose from.  Its funny though....I always seem to go back to my old favorites.  Lady Grey and Chamomile among a few others.

I love this flower and cannot think of the name of it for love nor money.  We brought home two big pots of it from Lowe's...reduced in price, what a sweet deal!  Its looking like rain here today. & Overcast and moody.

Our cat, Violet....has fallen fast asleep while looking out of the window watching chipmunks scamper across the patio.  She used to be a mighty 'hunter' before moving indoors.  Hope  you are having a pleasant day....not to many more days left in July.  July seems like the queen of summer to me.  And the month of August rich yet with a tinge of 'good-bye' in it. Does August make you feel like the summer is winding down ?

'But his delight is in the law of the Lord: and in his law doth he meditate day and night'  Psalms1:2  Who better to think about?  =)

Love those dishes! And I love my Twinings tea every morning. English breakfast or irish breakfast or Earl or Lady Grey!

Violet is probably dreaming about those chipmunks!
I don't recognize the flower. We love getting bargains on flower pots this time of year. We got a sad looking pot of marigolds very cheap that are doing wonderfully.
My late mom and I both love/loved dishes. Each time I move, I realize just how many dishes I've accumulated! lol
