I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. I will be glad and rejoice in thee...Psalm 9:verses 1 and 2a

What a fun week! Every thrift store or flea market we stopped by had something rather wonderful that came home with us. I've always loved these pierced lamp shades and I'll be filling the jar with some red jelly beans. At least thats what I'm thinking. This little sweetie was $3.50. Plus an audio book by Gary Chapman and Catherine Palmer (It Happens Every Spring) that is really good so far.
This sweet glass bird was a bargain at only $1. I feel like the seller got cheated, even though the bird is chipped a bit. You can't tell anyway!
This week's roses are sooo pretty. I love them and wish they would last all spring instead of a week.
God makes such wondrous things.
I admired this sweet vintage pitcher and creamer & sugar bowl, so hubby bought it for me. See how short the pitcher is by comparing it to the size of the other pieces. Cute! Green glass is my very favorite. If you are like me, I pass up things now and then because of not enough storage in my kitchen. But this....came home with us. What a great hubby I have....=)
I bought this vintage scarab bracelet this afternoon at the flea market for only $2.00. What a happy day of shopping adventures. In spite of the cold and wind and the fact that I lost my cozy red gloves somewhere along the way!
