We happened by an open house...walk-thru Saturday and came home with this plane for $5.00.  It is very old and fragile, but let me say,  it was impressive hanging from the ceiling on a angle, as if it were really flying and banking on a curve.  Did I mention fragile??

Can you see the little pilot?  And the little rear seat for passenger or co-pilot...a piece of cardboard...just.

And doileys' always say 'home, sweet home' to me.  I have always loved the Irish rose crochet, what a beauty.  What an attack on our homes today.  I read this maybe happening in France in the news and could hardly believe it.  Never to say Mother or Father on legal documents???  And this....I can't believe such things have come to be....where is virtue and character?  Right and wrong.  I couldn't read this and not comment.

And this is the most amazing, touching thing to me and shows the value of character.  Over the years, my husband picked up every single one of these coins from the street.  One at a time.  I wouldn't have bothered,  but look what it amounted too.  I am humbled and impressed. Taking time to do right, is always the right thing to do.
