What a fantastic shot our son got here. Amazing! Here is an aerial shot of Papua New Guinea that I admired this morning and....we know a missionary there. How exciting that she is serving God and others on the other side of the world. Encouraging, isn't it. Good news, like a cup of refreshing water to a thirsty man to know many things in this world are going well.
I Kings chapter 19 comes to mind...where Elijah thought he was the only one left serving God...'I only I, am left'...and our loving Father tells him, yes, you and 7000 others. What we don't know is staggering I think.
I was reading a devotional last evening and the author said we look at life through a pinhole....while God has a panoramic view. I liked that. I am sitting here in a de-cluttered pc/library this morning and oh how satisfying to conquer the clutter. At least for a while...lol. I just realized this picture is a repeat of the previous one. Did you catch that too? I'm smiling...
