I am reading this right now, and the others I read seemed better reading, but maybe its just me.
One of my many platters, which I love to collect if they are pretty.
A vintage little clock....not working though...still....I've never seen one like this.

Maggie Ann that is an interesting clock. I wonder what it's history is. I once paid a lot of money to have a family heirloom clock fixed to run and it did for a year and then stopped. Wasn't worth it!
I enjoyed seeing your flea market pictures. The pink and green dishes you like so much are the dishes my mother has that I now have. I can't think of their name right now. When I was growing up my friend's mom had the ones you talked about, with the apples.
I really enjoyed that book. I know there are several in the series and I need to find and read the rest.
Thanks for the jigsaw linky. I did yesterday's, and then signed up to get it daily. I did today's too. I think this kind of thing is excellent for keeping alzheimer's away.
Beautiful and interesting pieces! There was a very brief and profound scripture this morning at church....Mark 5:36--Be not afraid, only believe. Jesus was speaking to the man whose daughter had just died and the servants came to tell him it was too late to bring Jesus. And Jesus of course took the child's hand and she immediately got up and walked. As we face such uncertainties, it is such a comforting scripture!
