Last week my hubby took our sweeper to the shop for repairs.  I was waiting in the truck, when I thought of his last comment....they have a lot of antiques in there.  So out I hopped and was I ever in for a treat.  Guess what that machine on the bottom was?  Give up?  A sweeper! It looks like a funnel.

Oh...how pretty!  And only $65.00..just kidding.  I told the lady that I didn't know if I could  hang on to my money long enough to save that up.

I mean....I love vintage things like this...who wouldn't?  Its so quaint and yet life like.

Look at all this gorgeous blueware.  What a collection!

You can't imagine the rich color on that bottom plate.  Loved just getting to see it.

More lovely things, including the old oak table they are on.  I loved those table legs.....

Isn't this hollyhock a beauty?  We were driving home and saw these, & turned around and went back for a few pictures.  You can see they were growing right along the street,  by the telephone pole.  Hollyhocks are either gorgeous...or for me....stragglers.  Is that a word???

Another delicate beauty.  Only God....can make this.  I know its so.

'All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah'   Psalms 66:4       This post is linked to 'Monday Morning Meditations'.

How wonderful to turn around and look at the flowers...I do the same! Today so many people are in a hurry, we do not take time to turn around. Great Photos!
Thank you for sharing!

There is nothing more beautiful than hollyhocks.... I love them in Williamsburg, Va where they line the colonial fence rows!! These are magnificent!

In answer to your question, the hearts are made by pressing the ALT button and the number 3 at the same time. :-) ♥

Have you considered placing your e-mail in your Blogger profile?

Just a thought. It would mean things like this wouldn't take up your comment space.

BTW, love hollyhocks!! My aunt always grew them on the south side of her milk house on the farm. It was such a nice touch to a whitewashed milk house!

How far behind I have gotten with you! I am so sorry! Wow! What amazing antiques. Be still my heart over those blue & white pieces! They are wonderful! And the "straggler" hollyhocks are just lovely. God gave us so many different things about nature to wonder at, and to love!
