On the way home from the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival, we stopped at an 'Ollie's discount store that was new to the area. You can't imagine my delight to find this wonderful hardback book that featured major Sheep & Wool Festivals around the U.S. AND the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival was the first major Festival featured in the book.

I sometimes snap pictures and time goes by without posting so I wanted to get this tidbit to you via the blog. What a wonderful experience the Festival was, in spite of the fierce heat. I actually used an umbrella as a parasol to keep the sun off of me for fear I would pass out. It was that hot that day!
