I've found a new use for my pretty little French pincushion. Sticking the earrings into the fabric doesn't seem to leave any holes either! There is something so restful and satisfying about looking at something lovely. When I made this sweet pincushion the silk rose in the center seemed to me the 'icing' on the cake.

You know what? I almost wish for a sewing challenge online and yet not. I have so many projects waiting that I would like to do, yet few will get done. Know what I mean? In the meantime, I'll watch lots of good movies with hubby, shop, read and rejoice in my Saviour's love. I did get the pc table cleaned off tonight, and that was no small feat!

And I did some knitting today also on another pretty diagonal pattern scarf. Its such a treat to knit with your own handspun. My favorite part of working with wool isn't the knitting though, its for sure the washing and carding of wool and spinning it. Goodnight....
