Happy New Year's Day everyone! Its been a quiet day here, with snow falling gently. Hubby has the flu and is watching football. I've taken a walk...cooked lunch and am planning on doing some spinning tonight. We've had a nice visit with our daughter and her husband and our so cute grandsons and are settled in back at home, with me keeping the washer and dryer busy.

My daughter bought me the new Lynn Austin book, 'Though Waters Roar'
What a gem! I've read over two thirds of 'Though Waters Roar' and it is just SUCH a good book. Lynn Austin is one of my favorite authors. So, I'm happily reading away!

We had a lovely Christmas, just right! Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift! II Corinthians 9:15

I am so glad you are having a good New Years Day. I have been reading Thru The Bible with Vernon McGee this last week. His Commentaries never gets old. When I reread them I always find some thing I missed.
May your 2010 be the best.
Hugs, Patsy

Happy New Year to you too! I haven't heard of that author. I'll have to look her up. I'm always looking for a good book.
