We just returned from visiting the Aquarium in Baltimore, Maryland and had a great time. The jellyfish were my absolute favorite! We spent about 4 hours in there and enjoyed every bit of it. Outside it was rainy and chilly...but we took advantage of the taxi-cabs to keep dry. Our view from the hotel was wonderful, I'll have to post a picture of it. We were on the 11th floor...and I'm elevator shy but they worked smoothly...grin. No problems. We've gotten two loads of laundry done since we've been home but we're oh so tired. Gotta run!

"One Sunday morning, Grandmother Spurgeon whom Charles..and everyone else loved did not attend services as was her habit. ...She said she did not feel well and would stay home and read her Bible. When they (Charles and his grandfather) left, Grandmother was sitting in t he old armchair close to the fireplace with her Bible spread out on her lap and her spectacles adjusted for reading. When they returned they were not prepared for that which awaited them.

Walking into the house, they found her still sitting in the armchair, but with her head bowed on her breast, and her spectacles lying across the Bible, and her finger pointing to the words, "the hand of God hath touched me". Grandmother's spirit had left the old manse. She had gone to her eternal home." (taken from the book "Charles H. Spurgeon, Prince of Preachers". I just read this book and really enjoyed it. I'd like to go home to heaven like that, wouldn't you?
