Outside My Window...
The air is filled with dots of snow...falling steadily but thankfully not laying.

I am thinking...
of Ann...at 'A Mother's Minute' who gave me an award and I should be posting about that and passing the honor on. O time...how fast you pass me by.

I am thankful for...
A warm cozy bathrobe.

From the kitchen...
Oh thank you Ann! for posting about the pumpkin butter made in the microwave. How easy and delicious. We're on our second batch and LOVE that stuff!

I am wearing...
Something long and blue and cozy that ties with a belt...did you guess a bathrobe?

I am creating...
Neck pillows for the car...eventually. We bought a neck pillow/memory foam...at Target and I found it too bulky. So, I cut it in half... and will stitch it up and make pretty little pillowcases for them. Perfect plan!

I am going...
To the basement and do laundry...and iron while listening to oh...perhaps the 'Waltons' or tv if anything decent is on. I loved the WQED special about Queen Elizabeth's visit to the White House. Oh what a treat to see! Anyone else watch that?

I am reading...
Home to Hart's Crossing by Robin Lee Hatcher. I bought this last week because the first page 'got me'...but its turning out to be rather light reading. I wish it had more depth. Perhaps I'm just not in the right frame of mind for this book right now.

I am hoping...
To spring into action any minute now...grin. Load the dishwasher again, make the bed, iron clothes, sort sunday school materials. To the victor comes the spoils...i think i can...i think i can...

I am hearing...
The pc hum and the ringing in my ears. Whoops...I have special expensive vitamins for this and forgot all about them. The ears of course...=)

Around the house...
It is darkish...because the sky is gray outside while it manufactures thousands of tiny snowflakes and gravity and wind swirl and pull them downwards. A pretty sight...but oh so chilly.

One of my favorite things...
To enjoy my cello practise. Sometimes frustration rears its ugly head, but we press on, my cello and I...sometimes I'd rather play my music than listen to professionals. Oh...the beauty of hearing those harmonies happen right beneath your fingers close to your heart.

A Few Plans for the Rest of the Week...
This part of the dayplanner makes me feel guilty. Well, what I hope to get done is...finish the neck pillows, get caught up on laundry...that won't be hard. And, enjoy each day. Now, that should be attainable, right?!

Here is a picture I am sharing...of a collage I made. To read more daybooks..visit Peggy at 'The Simple Woman'.
