Oooh boy! I cleaned my computer table off and I feel like a guest now....smile. It is bare wood and one pencil! I'd take a picture but the camera batteries aren't charged and I have so many fun things to do around here, don't you know..smile. Actually, I cleaned out my closet this morning, still trying not to use my hands too much and taking ibuprofen for the arthritis inflammation if that's what it is. I just ran the sweeper and tidied up the kitchen. We had such a 'delish' supper. Cod pan fried and seasoned just right with ravioli and toasted garlic bread. For dessert some creamy vanilla ice cream with cherry sherbet swirled it it. Every room is prettied up for the evening but I still have my cello to practise and I'd love to have a 'go' at my craft room while I'm in the mood to sort things and see what I'm willing to sacrifice to the garbage can in order to have this serene and lovely 'clean' atmosphere. Oh well, tomorrow is another day! I love exclamation points, they are just me....grin. " I have never seen a greater monster or miracle in the world than myself." Michel Eyquem de Montaigne:Essays Bk.III ch.2. Now I wouldn't ever have expected a man to admit that!! grin.

I love the picture that you posted. Sounds like you are keeping very busy in this warm weather. I am finding things to do inside so I can enjoy the air conditioning.

Hi Maggie Ann!

Thanks for visiting my blog, and leaving the fabulous answers to my questions. I love reading all the responses. I'm always so enlightened by other peoples points of view! I'm glad you watched two Lucy episodes today. We tape them everyday. They always make me smile. I went through a tough time a few months ago, and I tell ya, those shows helped me get through some of the rough days! I see you said you came over from Audrey's blog. She's such a sweetie. She's been such a good friend to me. Feel free to stop by my blog anytime. I'll check in on yours too!

Hi Maggie Ann, I've just been re-reading your blog (gotta have another look at these cute postcards!) and have a suggestion for you. Have you thought of having more than one set of batteries for your digital camera? I bought a spare set a while ago, and it is so useful to have them on standby, fully charged, when the camera suddenly 'dies' on me! I just pop the charged ones in and put the others on charge immediately so they are ready for the next time.
