Isn't this a neat old photo. You don't see too many men that play the harp. But this old photo reminds me of the psalm that so blessed my heart this morning.

Psalm 100. "Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God; it is he that hath made us and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise; be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations."

I so love verse 3 ...'it is he that hath made us and not we ourselves; we are his people.' What a great relief and blessing to realize that we are not in control, not to worry..... God is over all and keeps our hearts beating and our lungs breathing. A provision and plan not only for this life but for eternal life to come. A loving Father, my God. Wishing you a Happy Sunday. I hope you have a good Bible teaching church to worship Him at. He will be expecting you...smile.

Gosh it's hard to believe harps are actually that big. It's almost as large as the man holding it.

That is a great picture. Have you seen The Bishiop's Wife with Cary Grant? He plays the harp (I guess) in the movie and it is beautiful. We have a little girl at our church who is home schooled and she plays the harp at church sometimes. Beautiful! I would love to do a swap. Let's say we will have them ready sometime in August. No theme. Just whatever moves you! Sounds good to me. No pressure just fun! And I'm sure you'll do okay even if you are new to ATC. From your other works I've seen you will do just fine.
