We had fun with company tonight! Some spinning lessons were given and enjoyed from what I could tell. Our young man even said he would like a spinning wheel, but would probably be 50 before he could get one....smile. He must be about 8 years old now...I'm guessing. This morning started off with a new acquaintance coming over. We made some pretty music happen with her harp and my cello. Our instruments are very different in written music though and that was a hindrance. We need to find music written just for our instruments to play duets with. Next our son took me out to lunch at a fancy place with wonderful food. After a long ride to get home, it was off to town with my husband for supper and a little shopping. We bought a yellow shrub rose and he planted it as soon as we got home. Then we got some fun company and here I am at the crack of dawn...online visiting my blog buddies and putting up a quick post. Off to bed I go! See you tomorrow...

That is such a cute picture of some little girls having a great time together. Makes you wonder who they are...
Thanks for stopping by and leaving me such kind words. I am just fine now and have thought this through with Betty and understand completely now. Just have never gone through with this before but do understand now. I love you for coming and leaving these words for me. Sandy

Sounds like you had a wonderful day. One day I would love to learn how to spin my own yarn...one day! What a cute picture.

I wonder why the first two little girls have patent leather shoes and the one on the end has saddle shoes? Do you think she is from a poorer family? I love to ponder these things.
