Just a quick hello before I end my day. I loved reading your comments...what smile-makers! A special thank you to everyone who left me a comment! This week is just flying by. Just a quick look at this picture and I see the camera on the tripod...just barely visible, did you see it at first glance? Oh boy! Not quite picture perfect there... I'd better get to bed so I can get the most out of the day tomorrow. When I'm this sleepy, I can't think of anything to say anyway...=). Goodnight!

"The day is done, and the darkness
Falls from the wings of Night,
As a feather is wafted downward
From an eagle in his flight..........Then read from the treasured volume
The poem of thy choice,
And lend to the rhyme of the poet
The beauty of thy voice.............And the night shall be filled with music,
And the cares that infest the day
Shall fold their tents like the Arabs,
And silently steal away."....Longfellow.~~~

"I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep; for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety." Psalm 4:8

I love your picture and camera! :) Winter Birds is a novel. Jamie Turner is on the English faculty at BJU. She has written several novels and I love them. For more info go to http://www.jamielangstonturner.com/ME2/Sites/Default.asp. or do a google search. Her style of writing is fascinating. Since I have lived in the south, I know people that are like the characters in her book. Eldeen in Suncatchers is one of my favorites! Her books teach, but in a subtle way, not "in your face." I always strive to reach out to others more after reading one of her books.

Hello Maggie Ann,

This is such a pretty picture. Nope I didn't notice the camera until you pointed it out. I was happily looking at the pretty roses, that cute little plate and the pretty crocheted angel. Just Lovely!!
