These beautiful roses are some that my daughter received lately. I'm enjoying them too. Our grandson is SO adorable but he can wear us out quickly! The time is passing quickly by though and we will be home next week. Today we went to 'Tuesday Morning' s store and I got some beautiful napkins to use in collage and scrapbooking. The ones with the roses are my absolute favorite. What is it about a beautiful rose? They are perfection on a stem. ~~I keep looking for buttons for my button bracelets everywhere I go. Before we left for the trip, I bought 2 antique blue canning jars full of old buttons. Most were white I found, with some large bakelite? ones. Today found us in A.C.Moore and thats always a treat. I got some special pliars that open split rings. I'd like to use split rings on my charm bracelet. Better go. I love being here, but will love getting home too. On my 'want to' list. 1. Try making a felt egg cozy. 2. Sewing window treatments for our bedroom. 3. Spinning again! 4. Read another Grace Livingston Hill book, the Substitute Guest was absolutely delicious. I loved reading it, it was one of my nicest Christmas gifts to myself. Just taking the time to enjoy this novel. 5. Catching up on my cello practice. 6. Finish my redwork. & trying out my initials on a fancy pillow for the bed. ~~~Hope you've had a great day. Looking forward to visiting everyone when I get back home.

Nothing like beautiful roses...and some people do not believe in God!! I always thought that how can you NOT when you look at a beautiful rose!! Have a great time.

When I look at a rose it makes me want to shout-"Oh LORD, how manifold are your works! In wisdom you have made them all. Ps.104:24! The wonders of nature stagger the mind with the wisdom woven through it all! And if we are amazed with the beauty (which is tainted)here think how it will be in eternity!!
So happy to hear your having lots of fun on your shopping adventures and precious time spent with your daughter and grandson!
