Happy New Year Everyone!!!

What a great way to start the New Year....a kitty on your shoulder and looking pretty! We are having a quiet day at home so far, playing with our grandson and trying to rest up. I'm looking forward to having lots of fun crafting in this new year. The button bracelets are still on my mind and being crafted here at home in my craft room. Next on my wishlist is the hanky sachet. Better run, hope your day is special.

"Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart." Psalms 37:4 This psalm is one I want to meditate on in the coming year and soak up all the truths.

A kitty on your shoulders...How nice Maggie-ann..
I just saw you on Saija's blog and thought it was about time that I came down to say hi to you!.
It has been a while.
Saturday it was kind of sad because I just kept thinking of Flip Flop all day.
And then yesterday I came down with the flu, but I am feeling better with that tonight so I thought I would say hi to a few of my friends who I have been neglecting!
Although it DID encourage me even more to come and say hi to you because did I hear you tell our Saija that you like Grace Livingstoen Hill books too?
I think I have all of her books and I always loved them.
I think my very favorite of her books is, "The Trysting Place"and "The Prodigal Daughter" Oh boy, when I think of them I think I love them ALL. "The Substitute Guest" is a real winner too!!

You know Maggie-ann, I just came up with a real good plan!
I am going to download some of my favorite blogs and put them on a hard drive and take them to work with me to catch up on all of my reading
Although there is no internet at the palace, at least I can take my lap top and use it.That will do the trick!

Well catch you later...Love Terry

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

I'm praying for you to have the best year ever. I sit here looking at your photos, they are so interesting, and I love the way flicker does them. Hmmm, how I wish I were a computer whiz, but alas I'm quite thankful I can do what I do with the computer. One of your friends mentioned Grace Livingston Hill, Ah, but she was a fovorite of mine when I was growing up. And to think I once had a library of more than 3,000 books, and they were all in a room that my husband made for me. (We've moved since then) I wonder if the new people know of all the love that was put into that room. We even had a secret panel. Well I guess I'd better start my day, before I get too carried away. :-) (((hugs)))

Maybe if I post way back here no one will find me, I'm kinda lonely tonight and your blog is such an inpsiration, it made me cry just to read it. I find myself envious of people that are able to be around people, not that i wouldn't want you to have people around too, but I wish sometimes, I would have someone at least to talk to and to talk about the Lord and things friends share, But my speach is bad and I'm kinda in no mans land, I'm thankful though that my daughter is close by with her family altho I know she gets lonesome too. I know also that God is here and I truely have so much to be thankful for I guess it's a good thing I can't talk, because I probably talked too much when I did. I'm sorry, I don't mean to cry on your shoulder, but you are witnessing more than you know with your blog. God bless you and keep on being happy in the Lord.. In case you do find this, don't mention it on my blog as I don't want people to know what a baby I really am. If you care to comment you can email me at vwili@aol.com

I might add that I'm not like this most of the time, I really love life and God is so good but sometimes I get pretty lonesome and I guess this is one of those times.
