These little stuffed 'people' are favorites of mine. The little angel was a gift I picked out for my Mom many years ago...at Christmastime. The snowman was on sale at JoAnn's fabric store and I took one look and said, I'll have it! I didn't get my apron sewed yet. (Actually, I had to spend a good part of my afternoon digging out and cleaning my sewing/craft room...you know how easy they get out of control, well, mine anyway. I'm a messy crafter). Its been lots of fun Christmas shopping so far. We have really nice craft stores in our area... with very special stuff. I still have two things on my mind, to make that Christmas apron and to make a 'Button Bracelet'. Oh boy, is it pretty too. I'm off to bed soon, so I just might get an early start to the day tomorrow and craft in the morning. Tomorrow afternoon, I'm invited to a Christmas tea party and I am looking forward to the fun and fellowship so very much. What a blessing the roads are still bare...good driving weather still. Thanks to each of you who've stopped by, and left me such lovely comments. They are very cheering. Wish I had the time to come by and visit you but soon though, I'll be by. I'll post a picture of the apron when I get it done. Even if the first try isn't just what I'd like, not having quite the right fabric. I can hardly believe Christmas Day is almost here..less than a week now! How wonderful that the babe in the manger was real and was God in the flesh, come down from heaven to bring us salvation. I'm so thankful!

"Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us." Matthew 1:23

So cute...I have a snowman collection in my entryway. I love them and leave them up past Christmas...Did you make the lamp? It's beautiful. If you did, I would love to know how to make one.

I love snowmen. I collect them but have to stop because I just have too many. You will see on my blog today that I "slipped" and bought ONE more yesterday. He is a cutie...Not soft and cuddly like yours just cute. Have a fun day...Sandy

as soon as your blog opened up, with the snowman smiling at me - i smiled wide ... how festive!

and i grinned at the thought of you digging out your sewing room ... our storage room is becoming like that, as i say "just wait until after Christmas - THEN i'll get to it!"

blessings on your day!

What a wonderful, cozy corner! And I think I have a couple plates very much like yours, very old ones, which I love. Thanks for sharing such a sweet Christmasy scene (and thanks, too, for your much appreciated comments at my blog!) Blessings, Debra

Hello Maggie Ann,

What a sweet display, just makes me smile. The angel and snowman are so cute. Love those plates, one of my favorite Homer Laughlin patterns. I have a few pieces gathered here and there. Your little candle light looks perfect there. The last part of your blog today blessed me as always. I am always encouraged when I 'visit' with you. Hope your Christmas tea was wonderful and your apon sewing goes well.
Blessings to you!
