Oh boy, are we having fun! Our grandson (2 1/2 yrs old) is just adorable and cute as can be. I told him he was cute and he said..'yes, I am cute'! While ironing my dress for church tonight he called up the stairs to someone that he was staying with Nana while she made her dress 'hot'. Never thought of it that way but ...grin, thats one way of looking at ironing. I know these few days are going to be over before I want them too though. They got here Wednesday and have to leave Sunday because of work schedules. Thanks to each of you who have stopped by to visit me and left a comment. We have a special blogging friendship, don't we..=). I haven't forgotten and will post pictures next week of the remodeling. Our decorator friend has done the most marvellous job for us. Beyond our highest expectations. I feel like a kid at Christmas, just admiring everything she has done. Well, my daughter has just put our Grandson to bed, and I'm off to join her. Elizabeth...get well wishs to you and a speedy recovery! I'll be back visiting you all next week and looking forward to getting caught up. (It will help keep me from getting the blues too..smile.)

Hello Maggie Ann,

Your little grandson is the same age as my little granddaughter. She will officially be 2 1/2 on Christmas Eve. I know the joy in your heart spending time with him. Enjoy him. I have missed reading your blog and enjoyed your post today. I look forward to seeing your remodeling. I'll be popping in when you are back!

I'm so glad you've made more memories to treasure! I bet you guys are exhausted but overjoyed! lol

I wanted to pick your brain when you're back and have a few moments. I think I may make some homemade journals from friends of mine this Christmas and would love to get your ideas on how to set them up.

Hugs,
Jess
