I'm stuck in the kitchen till I clean up my mess and finish the peppermints I am making. My cello practise is waiting, the laundry is waiting, my good novel is waiting and I guess, being the Queen Bee of the hive...its all ok with me =). What good does a complaining spirit do anyway, but when will I learn that when you put off one hour's duties or pleasures they must be done along with later things. Or not done, actually. But!!! today, on Do-It-Yourself tv, I was able to see sheeps wool carded and spun into fiber ready to knit. I am surprised at myself...I'd love to try it! They gave directions how to even make your own hand spindle from 2 cd's. Yes, I'd love to and ....I have already decided to order the rubber grommet you need to make a hand spindle. Well, I'd better get back out to the kitchen and unload the dishwasher and fill that wonderful convenience back up again. The lasagna needs put in the frig too. Hope you've had a good day, or if you haven't gotten alot done, (like me) we can make up for it this evening...by forgiving ourselves and enjoying the rest of the day or by having a surge of energy and tackle some things that need a loving touch. Or hey, how about a little of both!

Oh to get "lost" for a moment carding wool! Maybe ... just maybe someday when the kids are finished leaving the nest ... oh, yah, I forgot ... my youngest will always be home, always need his mommy ... but that's OK too! I've grown to love my life of being a perpetual mommy! Now, I'm off to tackle the dishes.

Hello Miss Maggie, and "top of the day to ya"...*VBS* Just a bit past lunch time here and me popping in unannounced.

Love the crate lables you've been showing. I guess most of the world of advertising art(graphics) works for me!
Sounds like you have been a very busy lady...so many irons in the fire.
Hard to believe another winter is upon us..almost before we know it. Take care of you!! Hugs, Finn

Dear Maggie-ann...Sorry I haven't been here for a few days but I have been a little tired lately.
I guess age is creeping up on me.
Katy has a spinning wheel that belonged to her great grandfather. Katy is 86...so that spinning wheel sure must be old....
Well I will talking to you tomorrow hopefully. Love Terry
