I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. I will be glad and rejoice in thee...Psalm 9:verses 1 and 2a

Day 9 of the 21 day journal..... Yesterday went by so fast. At first it was so relaxing...looking in different stores for a couple of pressed wood cabinets for our laundry area. But somehow, hubby vetoed each possiblility...(I love him madly anyhow...grin). And then fatigue showed up and relaxation turned into dragging ourselves around. Back to this little journal, if you've never tried seperating & using pocket tissue I hope you try it....I love the 'look' of it in scrapbooking or cards. Its transparent and I love the florals...well, I love most all tissue. I use a glue stick ..on the cardstock and smooth the tissue onto that. So feminine! Supper tonight is roasted chicken and I 'm thinking of having Walmart mac & cheese...my favorite, and, maybe salad. ~~Yesterday a friend told me about African violet 'pots' that are self watering. (and very pretty!) I have never heard of them before. Have you? Here's something else I didn't know. That you can buy violets online. Here's a link to a really interesting Violet Barn place. Well, I hear the key in the lock....my true love is home. bye for now!

I've been wanting to try the separated tissue trick for decoupage ever since reading about how you use it for collage in one of your previous posts. You've created another gorgeous page.
Hi Maggie Ann, all your journal pages are lovely, and this is my favourite of them all!
Enjoy your weekend!
