A little bit of luxury I've admired and here it is. I've had my eye on this chaise lounge for a couple of months maybe. It finally took a very nice reduction at our local furniture store and hubby brought it home for us. It may go in the bedroom eventually but for now, it is replacing his recliner in the living room. I know my kids are thinking...what is happening to Mom? This is the third contemporary piece of furniture lately and yet it seems to blend in well enough for picky me to enjoy. Its been a very busy week-end. All my projects are on hold for now...and this is a very lazy day for me. A freind lent me her movie, 'To Kill a Mockingbird' starring Gregory Peck....what a great actor. I loved the movie...(much to her relief I think, cause its one of her very favorites) . She brought me the book to start reading, plus I've started just the other day, 'Voice in the Wind' by Francine Rivers which is rivotingly good reading. Blogger wouldn't let me post earlier so I'm thankful to be here right now...smile.

Love the chaise lounge!

You know what? No matter how many times I try I have never been able to complete To Kill a Mockingbird. I know its a great story, a classic and all but I just dont like the book. Maybe I should watch the movie instead.

Love it!! And a bargain too. Looks inviting for a book and to put my feet up. Guess the vacuuming will just have to wait...again.
