Here's the carpet update. When I called the carpet store owner, and at last got ahold of him he assured me he would make our problem right no matter what he had to do. It turns out his best man came on Saturday and agreed with me that the seam down the center of the room was an eyesore. We have 2 seams like that. One in front of the laundry area and one out in the main room. So the men recut and fixed the one by the laundry area. When I came downstairs I could not believe my eyes.....you can hardly see the join at all. Next Tuesday they are coming back and will have to take up half the carpet in the large room and scrape the floor due to the glue. A huge job for them, but the man in charge was just so nice about it. You can imagine how relieved I am. I thought maybe he would get here and say, Oh its not so bad lady. Thanks to everyone who cared about this with me and even prayed for us. Now to take a picture for you. I'll try to get to it....smile. By the way, the perfume bottle in this picture was handblown by the man who taught my daughter and I to do stained glass. Isn't it lovely!

"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul...." Psalm 23
