Isn't this little cuff of the sock cute! It looks so small for our 2 year old grandson though. I've already switched to a larger size needles and may have to make it even larger. I'm looking forward to finishing it tomorrow. Just thought I'd let you know how its coming along...*s*. I can't seem to knit a scarf, let alone a sock...I look longingly at the knitter blogs and all their fun projects....
i come from a long line of knitters ... i can knit but the feel of the wool bothers my fingers, so :o( ...
anyway, my sweet aunt has her tv projects ... last months tv project was knitting socks for leo ... they are so warm, and he loves the homemade socks that my aunt & my mom have made for him over the years ...

I would love to get back into knitting and use to do it alot as a child in fact I have lots of old retro knitting patterns that I'd love to do but I can't understand the instructions all that well...

I love making socks. I've made 2 pair for my 2 1/2 year old nephew, another pair of kids socks and 2 adult pairs with a 3rd in the process as we speak. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be to knit them either, which is a plus for me!
