Its December now! I've spent my afternoon trying out cello bows after I made a pan of bread pudding that smelled heavenly but it only gets a 'C' for a grade. I should have tried Peggy's recipe but didn't think of it. I'm going to go up to the attic and perhaps bring down the tree...though I'm entertaining thoughts of a real tree too this year. I copied this quote from on the web...and as I was cleaning yesterday I came across it. "Words of Wisdom".....Promise me you'll always remember! You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think! Christopher Robin. Isn't that sweet and true too! Just the kind of words we want to hear, no...need to hear occasionally and usually don't hear. Here they are today...just for you and me. The word of God says..."A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth; and a word fitly spoken in due season, how good is it! Proberbs 15:23 Posted by Picasa

Hello Miss Maggie, I found your Dec. 1st post at Pieces..thank you for stopping by..*S* I love your vintage christmas cheer today...such lovely birds. Liked what you wrote also. My being is quieter today..the challenge of yesterday, conquered...and strangely enough, I figured it out by myself..isn't it odd that I could do that when resourses failed me...something to think about..*S*

Maggie dear, I just received your gorgeous Christmas card in the mail today. I have been feeling a bit stressed out lately but this just totally brightened my day. I really love it, so vintage and yet so creative, gosh you must be talented. I'm going to blog about this on Monday. Thank you so much *hugs*

Aww, I love de birdie picture. Too cute.

Kind words are priceless. Harsh words are extremely expensive.

I only have a few things from Beatrix Potter. *sigh* But I also have some Winnie the Pooh classic thingies. My two favorite collectables.
