Here it is, only December 2nd and I am well on my way with the decorating. While decorating this evening....I had a fun idea. If you have clear teacups try putting a tea light in them....its very pretty = ) and hopefully won't cause the depression glass to crack. I am really tired but I got a lot done. Our tree is up in the dining room this year because just maybe we will get a 'live' tree closer to when our daughter and her family come home. Well, its late..of course, but couldn't resist saying hello via the blogmosphere. My goal this holiday season will be to not lose my awareness of God amidst all the commercialism and 'I wants'. "Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness." Psalms 119:36. I must needs add, that my husband spoils me something wonderful...so I need to keep my heart right with God in this area too. Oh that everyone could have the blessings that many of us have. The best blessing of all though is taking the salvation of God for our very own. "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" Romans 10:13 When you pray the sinners prayer...changes will be evident in your life sometimes right away and sometimes by and by...but you will know you are his! He will hear you when you pray...God will be your father.
