This is a small card I bought on a recent shopping trip. I was 'taken' by the beauty and design of it. The Lily of the Valleys look like they are in a moss basket which reminds me of the Gene Stratton-Porter books. Has anyone read any of those?.... In my devotions just now, these verses from the word of God, refreshed my heart. I thought I'd post the blessing. 1st verse....Colossians 2:10..." And ye are complete in him....". 2nd verse Col.2:3..."In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge". 3rd verse Proberbs 3:5 " Trust in the LORD with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding."  Posted by Picasa

Dear Maggie, your card is very pretty!

Thank you for sharing those verses with us, so that we may in turn ponder over them and be inspired... Thank you!

In answer to your kind comment on my blog... I do wish I was less busy... This style of life doesn't suit me so well. But I don't have that much of a choice... for now. Well, at least my work is very interesting! Hopefully in a few years I'll be able to find a better rhythm.

Have a wonderful day, Maggie, and thank you for your comment and your prayers! They mean so very much to me. May your day be filled with blessings!

Beautiful card Miss Maggie.. Gene Stratton Porter..."Girl of the Limberlost"? or was that M. Montgomery? The Porter name rings a bell, but not a clear tone.

Moss is lovely especially up the side of a stone cottage.

Pretty card.

We are complete in Him because He is our all in all.
