I've been Tagged!

Having been tagged by 'Me'.... = ) Here goes;

What was I doing ten years ago?....Well, our twins would maybe have still been in college and I would have been really hurting, trying to cut the apron strings. I missed them so badly, that I missed out on enjoying my own life really.

What was I doing one year ago?....My life very much revolved around my Mum. Visiting her at the nursing home...being a voice strong on her behalf there. Making sure she had what she needed. Trying to be a companion to her. At home...reading and practising my cello...well, thats about all I can think of...I have a wonderful group of church family/friends that are a huge blessings to me also.

Five snacks I enjoy....Thats easy, I like lots of things. Popcorn, carrots, licorice.(which I rarely buy, I want to eat the whole bag as meal replacements = )...tea and puffed rice cereal.

Five songs I know the lyics to....In the Garden....Jesus Paid it All....Softly and Tenderly Jesus is Calling...Silent Night...Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus.

Five things I would do if I were a millionaire....Donate lots of money to a Haitian Orphanage so the kids there would have a meal 3 times a day....give to worthy charities....give lots to missions to send missionaries out with the Gospel of Jesus Christ my Savior...give to the Keystone Christian E.A....they represent Christian schools in our legislature....and build up our local church any way that would be helpful.

Five bad habits....Procrastination (that popped into my mind immediately)...being a perfectionist...worryier....saving some housework to do only when company is coming or when the sun is shining brightly...like the dusting = )....adding to my stash of patterns when I'll never live long enough to do even 1/4 of them....but, hey, its like going to a museum and gazing with enjoyment on the possibilities...isn't it? I like to think so!

Five things I like doing....Playing my cello...reading...needlework...being with my family....loving my God, knowing for sure my name is in the 'book of life' Rev.3:5

Five things I would never wear again....Mini-skirts..(way back when...never liked them then...but my mum bought me one (before I was saved) and I felt obligated to wear it...never no more!)....wow, this is hard...something I don't like...sweaters that are angora and/or shed like crazy on your skirt....winter hats that don't cover your ears...big clunky rings....clip earrings. Hey, I did it...done with this category!

Five Favorite Toys....my blog...for sure = )...my needlework...scrapbooking..another for sure...making beautiful music, my Hallmark movies.

Now for the hard part...5 people to 'annoy'. You have to admit it is very enjoyable to read about other people and the little interests that make them...'them'. So I'll try to come up with a few names if I can...but if you don't have the inclination to do this or the time...I understand. And if I don't name you...please consider doing this and let me know, I'll come right over and read what you have donated for the blogging world's perusal.

Remove the blog at #1 from the following list and bump everyone up one place; then add your blog to the #5 spot.

1. Tammy
2. Erin
3.Suz
4. Me
5. Maggie Ann

Next select 5 friends to annoy :
1.Homemakerang
2.Shelley
3.Mrs.Darling

Tahnks for thinking of me Maggie Ann, but to be honest I wouldn't know where to begin. It was nice to read all of those bits about you though - gives me a clearer mental picture of you. Thanks again.

You shared,
"My life very much revolved around my Mum. Visiting her at the nursing home...being a voice strong on her behalf there. Making sure she had what she needed."

I hope I can arise to this same challenge as well as you did.

I enjoyed your list and find I'd probably list SEVERAL things that you did. So when I do mine, I'll have to dig some so mine isn't too repetitious. I've been out of the blog loop for a few days so I'll need some time but I'd like to do it too. Thanx!
