What an interesting day I've had. I have created four collages, and loved doing it. This day reminds me of when I was about 10 years old, sitting in the middle of my Mums bed, surrounded by papers and glue and things, as I created my 'Valentine' (decorated shoe box, remember those?) box for school. It was just as absorbing today as it was then. Ladies, I have created 'art'. I sat down in my craft/sewing room with watercolors and papers of all sorts. I cut cherries from fabric and got out my dried leaves and pansys and larkspur to adorn my creations. I am so looking forward to getting back to JoAnn's fabric store for more scrapbooking papers and things. Right on top of my sad heart is a smiling Maggie Ann, snipping and glueing in a 'new' world of lovely things to be thankful for. God is good and I have enjoyed this day. Time now for a cup of hot, comforting tea. Until tomorrow!

Those are so pretty! What a talent you have. Came here via a post you made on someone's blog that I visited because of a comment she had left on a blog I read all the time. Just wanted to stop by and say hello!
Thanks for the lovely compliments. The collages are easy to do and the sky's the limit for what you can paste on. ms*robyn has started a Collage exchange, if anyone is interested in joining that, I'll post her address or link to it in the morning.
