Something else my Mum made me, a kitty doorstop. Once again, it was something I admired in one of her magazines. Thankyou Mum, I'm still enjoying it.~Yesterday my hubby was home so we went shopping. We got my collage in the mail to Kali ....hope it arrives in one piece! I bought the lovliest book called Scrapplique' by Jean Marshall yesterday. Its got some trully pretty patterns in it which I fully intend to make. One pattern is for covering a tin bucket with squares of fabric wet with glue, patchwork style. Very appealing. Oh, I'm so sleepy but wanted to post something...after a busy two days. Today I had mending and ironing to do, but I did stick to the mental list and got each thing finished. Tomorrow its tea and collaging and cello. Prayer first and devotions right up at the top of my new 'list'. I've gotten my sewing/craft room picked up nicely....for the time being. As Martha Stewart would say, 'Its a good thing'. Posted by Picasa

'Tis a lovely thing, your kitty doorstop. So nice to read of your day and know that you have sweet rest ahead of you and pleasureable activities for the 'morrow. I, too, will be back....sleep beckons.

What a pretty, pretty doorstop.
Have a wonderful day, dear Maggie! Tea, collage, and cello - could it be better?

I will try to answer your questions! Just need to think a little about it... ;)

It is such a glorious day today in Paris, if you could see that soft, golden light... I was thinking of you while walking to the library, and imagining how much you would enjoy it.
You see, dear Maggie, you teach me to count my blessings!

Blessings to you!

I love that doorstop! I'm a cat lover anyway and tend to like cat items. It looks like it is made from plastic canvas?

I just love seeing all your crafty things. I enjoy crafts myself though I haven't much time for them lately, particularly now that school has started again...sheesh, it gets in the way of fun lol...but I am thankful for the opportunity to go.
