Psalm 116:15. "Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints."..... My Mother went home to be with Jesus this morning around 12:30am. She was admitted just a few days ago it seems to the hospital and went up to Intensive Care Unit yesterday. It seems a systemic infection ended her life here but only ushered her into beautiful eternal life with God, in Christ her Saviour. Lover of her soul. I have wept many tears already but Psalm 120:1 "In my distress I cried unto the LORD and he heard me." I don't want to go into detail here but God met each fear I had and when I got to where it had been, it had already been taken care of. Now, is that not marvelous! The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. Thankyou for your prayers and well wishs, my heart is grieved that my Mother and I must part at all. Posted by Picasa

What makes it all bearable is knowing where your mom is now and what she's doing. I envy those who're tasting Heaven. I can only imagine.

Love to you, friend.

My love and prayers dear one. She is truly blessed to be with her Saviour, and to have such a wonderful daughter as you. I know the weeping we do is for our loss. May your soul be comforted soon.

Maggie Ann,

Words cannot express the sorrow I feel after hearing about your Mother's homegoing. May the Lord surround you with His comfort and perfect peace at this time.

Yet we do not grieve as those who have no hope. What a blessed assurance it is to know that you will see her again one day.

Praying for you, dear Sister.

Finn is so right Maggie Ann, that we grieve for our own losses. The person who has passed on has gone to a Better Place, and is free from the pain and suffering. It sounds as though you take comfort from your faith, and that is beautiful to read. My father did the same when my mum died. Feel my hugs added to all the others here...{{{}}}}
