Another beauty displayed at our local quilt show. Notice the bird in the lower lefthand corner on this birdhouse quilt.
wow you sew! great! i can sew but i'm not in the mood for it lately. i've got some awesome fabric just begging me to make it into a quilt...eventually! LOL thanks for stopping by my blog! TTYL
Hi jettybetty, Do I quilt? Well....Once in a great while. I have a love and appreciation for most all needlework. I have made 1 quilt, but I don't have the binding on it. I have all the blocks pieced for another. I'll post pics of them in the near future. That would be fitting after that fantastic quilt show.
Hi Allena, yes, I like to sew but only when I'm in the mood. I like to piece quilt squares. There's something very satisfying about piecing , that is if it goes as it should. Better yet, I like to sew up some simple summer skirts. 2 years ago I made an orange one with an underskirt that was ooh so pretty. It rustles when you walk if that tells you what it tell me. = )
