The lady at the SC knit shop told me just to knit this yarn into a scarf on the largest needles I had. I'll bet she didn't know I had size "35" needles. (Really they are Mom's), anyway, think I'll go look for something a good bit smaller. Who would ever dream knitting needles could be this large?.....So much to do and my cell phone keeps ringing and I keep typing away. I've visited some tatting blogs this morning and lots of knitting ones last night. The world-wide-web may be a great time waster and it is (I enjoy it anyway), but I also found out last night that Prince Charles, ( not on my list of those to admire) is going to marry Camelia in April I think it is and that the Queen gives her blessing but didn't want the lady in question to come to Christmas festivities in the past. hmmmm. I like to browse stuff like the www.dailytelegraph.news.com.au, once in a while anyway. Their news in pictures was very interesting. And royalty is interesting in small doses too. I admire the Queen Mother. hmmm, wonder if she knits or tats?.......And from John Burroughs.......I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see. The longer I live, the more my mind dwells upon the beauty and wonder of the world.........Psalm 135:1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the name of the Lord;....Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him.....I'm glad ! Posted by Hello

Hi Maggie Ann... Thanks so much for your comment at my blog this past week! It sounds like we enjoy many of the same authors. I belong to a wonderful Gladys Taber listserv and we are always happy to welcome new members. We share pieces of our lives with each other and this group has introduced me to many authors I'd never otherwise have found. You can email me at GladOne4@yahoo.com for more info. if you're interested (we have many knitters in our group, too) :). Thanks again and God bless... Debra
