The grand finale!! ...finally, whew, some 212 seed beeds later. My beaded snowflake, a perfect accomplishment for this gently snowing day. Designed by Mark Myers and a challenge to make. Especially the part where you slip a seed beed onto a picot and then join on top of it. I liked this photo of it best because it looks like a snowflake, very pristine, and the red beads make a cheerful touch and pattern of color on this snowy, dreary (a bit) day. I am breathing such a sigh of contentment ! I Tim.6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain. Posted by Hello

It turned out beautiful! It must require a lot of patience.

When my children were very young, I use to smock and stack on clothing for them. Life got too busy, but hopefully, there will be grandchildren!

Hi Meredith, tatting does take a lot of patience, thanks for the compliment on my hard work :-) ...my daughter used to smock but is too busy now with work and her 1 yr. old. In time, I think she'll get back to it.
