I've heard our electronics described as throw-a-ways. Just easier & less expensive to drive to the store and buy a new what-ever. I have so much more to learn as I go through life and the sands of time keep sifting down. Its ok...I know who made the sands of time. My Redeemer. My Father. My Lord.
I spent some time in Barnes & Noble bookstore yesterday and what a treat! Recently, my grandson showed me his book of Calvin and Hobbes cartoons. I remember the day well. We both bent over the book, on a small table in the hall, our heads close together while he read the comics aloud, glancing over at me to catch my eye & share his laughter. So...yesterday I treated myself to a copy of Calvin & Hobbes and laughed all the way home as I read my new book in the car. What a treat! The cartoons are not only delightfully funny, but they jogged my memory of him reading his book to me. We shared a special time, one that makes me smile, even yet.

Fun stuff!
Hello Nana,
I enjoyed passing through your blog. You are a good writer to tell about your family and how you have such fun with them. Have a merry Christmas.
